An expert in Change Management, Presley Asemota has more than 20 years of executive experience. Prior to joining Azikel Group, Mr. Asemota played an important role as Operations Manager in the 2010 restructuring of the London Underground Limited, where he facilitated the training of more than 10,000 personnel following the restructuring exercise and also supervised the execution of the immense project.

Having dual nationality (Nigeria and Belgium) and speaking more than five (5) languages, Mr. Asemota holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Linguistics from University of Benin, Nigeria; a Postgraduate degree in Management from Vrij Universiteit, Brussels, Belgium; a Postgraduate certificate in Business Development from University of Westminster and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from EDEXEL. Additionally, he has attended various Technical, Leadership and Strategy training programs, both locally and internationally, in the areas of Surveying, Customer Relations and Change Management via top-ranked institutions, such as the Lagos Business School.
