Susan has extensive experience in leadership, management and advisory positions. In the role of Chief Financial Officer, she provides executives with timely and accurate financial statements, ongoing cash flow projections, oversight over accounting and finance operations, as well as design and maintenance of the financial reporting structures. In addition to her accounting and finance oversight responsibilities, Susan offers, internal control and strategic management.Prior to joining Azikel, Susanserved as finance controller for Esventures LLC, a leading engineering and management company. She played a key role in taking Esventures LLC growth in 2004 and reaching over $500M in revenue. 

Susan had severed on the advisory board of the Apex Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Virginia Tech and has been nominated for the Northern Virginia Technology Council CFO of the Year award.
