Azikel Refinery to commence operations in 2018

Dr. Eruani Azibapu, a Nigerian businessman signed into existence Azikel Refinery with Ventech Engineering LLC in Houston Texas. Dr. Eruani, who is the group president of Azikel Group, signed on behalf of Azikel Petroleum Nig. Ltd, alongside with Director of Investment and strategy, Mr. Richard Howarth, the Executive Director Operations, Mr. Presley Asemota, the contract for the manufacturing and construction of a 12,000 BPSD Hydro-skimming Refinery with the world global leaders of Modular refinery construction/manufacturing, Ventech Engineering LLC in the United State of America.

Azikel Petroleum Signs Deal With American Company To Set Up World Class Refinery In Nigeria

Indigenous petroleum products refinery company, Azikel Refinery has concluded deals with Ventech Engineers International LLC Pasadena, Texas USA, to complete the final stages of its refinery in Nigeria.

The contract was signed last Monday in Houston, Texas USA. Azikel Refinery is backed by Azikel Petroleum, a part of Azikel Group.

The group was among the 22 Private refineries licensed by President Mohammadu Buhari’s administration in 2015, with the aim of encouraging local investment in the refinery sector. It is also aimed at creating value in the abundance of crude oil production in Nigeria and creating sufficiency of refined products in the country.

President Jonathan and wife Patience Jonathan, in company of a high powered delegation of High Chiefs of the Ogbia Kingdom today visited the Group President of Azikel Group, Dr Eruani Azibapu today. They went to condole with him and family on the passage of his father, His Royal Highness, Chief Allwell Eruani, Aguda the IX, the Obanema of Emadike in Bayelsa State who died at the age of 82 years.

Cameroon - Transport of petroleum products: The Limbe-Yaoundé pipeline project relaunched
